Tsaishi is a mountainous place distinguished by curing thermal waters and the beauty of nature. The oldest is the XIII-XIV century Cathedral of the Dormition of the Mother of God, built on a hill on top of fragments of an ancient church. One of the first episcopal cathedrals of Georgia, it was operational in Tsaishi beginning in the VII century.

Tsaishi is an attractive place for archeology lovers, as a tomb discovered here dates back to the VII-VIII centuries, and still keeps a number of secrets!
